| | | Shipping Policy | | We take great pride in our shipping. Your order will be professionally packaged to assure it arrives in great shape.
Shipping times for our online listings are displayed in business days. Packaging of orders takes place Monday thru Friday, and shipments occur Monday thru Saturday. Most items are immediately available. Occasionally, a particular item may be out of stock and delay shipment. When this happens we will use the following procedure. -
If an order contains multiple items, we will make a partial shipment. -
Orders will be filled by receiving items from an alternate warehouse whenever possible. This typically adds 4 to 5 days to order completion. -
We will notify the customer via e-mail of the situation, including the following information: -
Description of the out-of-stock item. -
Estimated time for the item to be restocked or shipped from an alternate warehouse. -
If an item is not available from another warehouse, alternative sizes, colors, or styles will be listed as substitutes. -
The customer will be given the option of receiving a refund for the out-of-stock item. -
If an e-mail response is not received within 72 hours, the following procedure will take place: -
If the item is expected within 2 weeks, the order will remain active until it is received. -
If an item is not expected within 2 weeks, a refund will be processed for that item and its shipping allocation. -
The customer will be notified via e-mail of the order status and actions taken.
