My order arrived before Christmas and unfortunately, I had to return it as it was too large for the person I ordered it for.
I had no problems with returning it and re-ordering a new but different jacket.
I did request to the lady on the telephone, on the RMA# letter that I enclosed in the returned box and on the internet to send the new jacket to a different address this time. As the person who it was intended for does not live in my state.
This is what the lady on the telephone told me to do, and since I was paying for the postage, I thought it would be done.
But unfortunately, the jacket was sent to me and now I have to re-send it to the person it was intended for which is double postage for me.
I think the tracking of the return package could have been set up better. I was not able to see if the package had arrived at the store, but was notified when they credited me and sent the new package.
